APPARATUS FOR TREATING LONG TUBULAR BONE FRACTURES

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting members joined by means of threaded rods and spherical nuts, intraosseous rods and members for fixing the rods. The supporting members are designed as plates curved in radial direction in their proper plane and bent as protrusions from the end portions of the plate towards its convex part in the same plane. The protrusions and the lateral parts of the planes have holes with double-sided countersinking to direct the holes in the protrusions towards the peripheral part from the holes in the end parts of the plates. Square openings are radially arranged along plate. The member for fixing wires is designed as tube having a boss of square cross-section on its surface matching plate opening, sections with threaded opening for receiving bolt. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 5 dwg
