Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, surgery. SUBSTANCE: sternum should be removed, artificial ribs made of surgical metal-reinforced cement are used as implant to be crosswise sutured to clavicles and ribs' stumps to develop tight carcass. Then diaphragmatic cupola should be dissected to withdraw omentum from abdominal cavity into thoracic one and envelop developed carcass of artificial ribs, then omentum should be sutured along middle line above and under intersection of artificial ribs, lateral parts of omentum should be sutured to clavicles and ribs, as for inferior part it should be sutured to the edges of diaphragmatic opening to prevent implant's detachment.
