SUBSTANCE: module includes rotary activation furnace with firebox, loading and unloading chamber, steam boilers and steam superheater. Steam boilers are mounted on loading and unloading chamber. Steam superheater is connected with activation furnace and steam boilers by material and gas flows, thus forming single complex ensuring autonomous operation of activation furnace. Proposed module makes it possible to use completely calorific power of pyrolysis and activation gases for maintaining smooth temperature in activation furnace and obtaining high-quality superheated steam for activation of carbon.
