GEAR FOR CASING CEMENTING JOB

SUBSTANCE: gear for casing cementing job has separation plug with stopping gadget on tip and thrust member, suspension plug with stopping gadget on tip and thrust ring. Upper compartment of cylindrical part of plug tip includes bushing used in the capacity of stopping gadget. Bushing has toothed outer surface. Teeth profile in plane parallel to axis of separation plug presents triangle. Seat is employed as thrust member. Toothed upper part of cylinder is similar to teeth profile and forms toothed lock-free joint when teeth are matched. Lower part of seat is linked to upper part of suspension plug. Suspension plug has location protrusion with toothed outer surface in center part of tip used as stopping gadget. Profile of teeth in plane parallel to axis of suspension plug presents triangle. Upper part of thrust ring also carries teeth with similar profile and forms toothed lock-free joint when teeth are matched. Number of teeth for both joints of plugs with seat and thrust ring is found by analytical expression. EFFECT: increased functional efficiency thanks to prevention of rotation of units of gear. 6 dwg
