MEMBRANE-TYPE GAS SEPARATION SYSTEM

FIELD: separation of gas mixtures into fractions or cleaning gas mixtures from admixtures; chemical, gas, food-processing, medical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: membrane-type gas separation system includes compressor, membrane apparatus and pipe lines with branches. Said system is additionally provided with pressure regulator mounted at inlet pipe line of compressor which ensures balance of flows; membrane apparatus is provided with stack of flat selective gas-distributing membranes having central hole; their shears are matched with collector passage; used as flat membranes are members whose geometric form does not coincide with form of cross section of inner surface of apparatus; members are so arranged that spiral passage is formed between their edges and inner surface of apparatus; collector is divided into two sections by means of transversal partition; first of them (in way of flow) has drain connection for taking additional product of penetrating component and second section is connected with starting gas mixture supply pipe line.
