Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, surgical cardiology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with preparing for operation on myocardial revascularization and could be used during this operation by using the system of mechanical myocardial stabilization "Octopus-2". Moreover, protection of CARDIOVASCULAR system is provided due to ganglioblocking agent as pentamine. It should be injected by portions before narcosis and in the course of operation at total dosage of 1-2 mg/kg. It enables to normalize hemodynamics in combination with medicinal preparations participating in anesthesiological supply. Said method of ganglioblockade in the course of operation provides efficient protection of cardiovascular system by preventing the development of postoperative complications.
