WATER AERATION APPARATUS

FIELD: purification of domestic and industrial water. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has water supply pipe, air intake pipe, Venturi pipe with nozzle, mixing chamber and diffuser. Filtering tube is located concentrically inside mixing chamber and adjoins with its one end to nozzle and with its other end to diffuser. Filtering tube is provided with pores of size increasing in length from narrow end to wide end. Rubber collars are located at ends of filtering tube to define annular chamber comprising perforated wall of mixing and outer surface of filtering tube. Venturi pipe is located coaxially inside water supply pipe so as to define vacuum chamber between their walls to provide for communication between annular chamber and air intake pipe through openings. Vacuum chamber is equipped with water discharge branch pipe connected to its lower part. Apparatus may be used for biological purification of domestic and industrial sewage water, for treatment of potable water, as well as for aerating water in basins. EFFECT: intensified process of solving air in water due to producing of finely dispersed bubbles, and wider operational capabilities. 3 cl, 2 dwg
