Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: before embolization of arteriovenous malformation (AVM) one should measure blood pressure in intracranial AVM adductor vessel right near its body through microcatheter. Embolization of malformation is carried out to repeatedly measure blood pressure. Blood pressure value are compared before and after AVM embolization and at blood pressure increase by not less that 2 times one should evaluate AVM exclusion out of circulation to be sufficient. The method enables to decrease traumaticity level and increase efficiency of evaluation. EFFECT: improved results of evaluation.
