SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of initiating agents, namely to percussion cap composites that can be used in impact percussion cap- -igniting agents to small arms and hunter arms cartridges and in other ignition agents of weapon designation. Impact ignitable composite comprises dinitrobenzofuroxane potassium salt, tetrazene, sensitizing agent, tetranitropentaerythrite and binding agent. Invention directs on the development of impact ignitable composite no containing lead and mercury compounds, exhibiting the enhanced power and with level of sensitivity and safety of conventional lead-and mercury-containing composites, for example, trinitroresorcinat-tetrazene ones.
