Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: oil production industry; devices for magnetic treatment of oil for prevention of formation of asphalt-and-paraffin deposits in oil well tubing and in pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has ferromagnetic tube and at least two annular magnets located along said tube; each annular magnet consists of rod-type permanent magnets adjoining each other by their non-working surfaces. Magnet is made from two half-rings magnetized radially and oppositely; each magnet is mounted between ferromagnetic tube and inner non-magnetic tube for passage of liquid.
