Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: sealing of flat joints by application of adhesive layer to part surfaces, mainly, flat in shape, and formation on them of adhesive spacers of wide range of profiles and configurations from adhesive layer. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of part surface, heating of adhesive composition and its application to part surface. Part surface is heated during application of adhesive. Adhesive layer applied to part surface is compacted. Then adhesive layer is heated and its profile is formed. Plant has a device for installation of parts, accumulator of adhesive composition device for application of adhesive layer to surface part, devices for heating and formation of profile of adhesive layer. Device for application of adhesive layer is made in the form of pressing roller installed on end of post for engagement with flexible rod of adhesive located on accumulator which is installed on the other end of post. Mounted between pressing roller and accumulator on post are rollers for feed of adhesive rod to part. Device for heating of part and adhesive composition is made in the form of body with nozzle and installed in body of heating element and power fan. Device for profile formation of adhesive layer is made in the form of forming roller with heating element. Devices for application of adhesive layer and formation of its profile are kinematically connected with mechanisms of their motion.
