SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing preparation form sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) leaves with content of gallo-elago-tannins > 20% by method of pre-extraction of vegetable raw with polar organic solvent followed by extraction of end compounds with aqueous organic extractant. From sea buckthorn depleted raw with content of gallo-elago-tannins > 20% active substances are extracted with anhydrous polar extractant, then with aqueous polar extractant followed by additional purification from by-side substances by extraction of aqueous vat residue after removal of extractant with binary mixture of solvents containing aliphatic alcohol and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent of hexane type.
