They are connected with bars on lateral sides of the vertebral column. Arch roots are excised additionally from both sides when performing laminectomy, transverse processes and posterior areas of the injured vertebra bodies and adjacent disks. EFFECT: concurrently stabilized injured vertebral column segment and complete decompression of dural sack; accelerated treatment course.
