METHOD OF DIFFERENTIATED ESTIMATION OF CHOICE OF CORRECTION TACTICS OF ERYTHROCYTE DEFORMABILITY

FIELD: medicine, hematology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of blood analysis, in part, to method of differentiated estimation and choice of tactics in correction of erythrocytes deformability that involves comparison of external shape of maximally spread and dried spots in 60% suspensions washed out three times with physiological solution and unwashed out erythrocytes taken off in a single patient and applied on paper decalcified filters in the amount 0.02 ml in centers of spots spread in these filters of 0.2 ml of physiological solution. Results of comparison of external shape of erythrocyte suspension spots are recorded as one of four possible states of erythrocytes deformability: normal, pathological of the 1-a degree, pathological of the 1-b degree and pathological of the II-d degree. Method recommends correction way of this property of erythrocytes depending on the degree of pathological state of erythrocytes deformability. Method provides precision of assay of erythrocytes deformability and optimal way of its recovery in different pathological states. EFFECT: improved method of estimation. 1 tbl, 4 ex
