VAGINAL OBTURATOR

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has handle, removable bushing and coaxial inflatable cuff. The inflatable cuff is on the external surface of the removable bushing. The vaginal obturator additionally has conic end piece having rounded tip for performing atraumatic separation of vagina tissues. The end piece is designed as member for fixing removable bushing. The coaxial inflatable cuff has external surface adapted to vaginal wall surface. It has the first conic area directed with its narrow part towards the conic end piece, the second cylindrical area and the third shaped as toroidal or conic body. The first external cuff surface segment length is to some extent longer or equal to the second external cuff surface segment length. The second external cuff surface segment length is to some extent longer or equal to the third external cuff surface segment length. The third segment is connected to the second external cuff surface segment from the side of the handle. The conic end piece is connected to the handle by means of removable rod or tube. The vaginal obturator has excessive pressure source connected to the removable bushing and inflatable cuff and having valve, direct valve and reverse valve.
