Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: radio engineering; data reception over communication channels of mainly mobile objects. SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in device are series- connected voltage-controlled generator 24 and sixth mixer 23 whose second input is connected to output of reference generator 82 incorporated in synchronizer and output of adder 24 is connected to second input of synchronizer 8; generator 24 is connected to output of phase detector 16. These measures enable preventing hold-off of signal received and reference signal in case of Doppler effect. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of device. 2 dwg
