Zusammenfassung:FIELD: diagnostics of parts and structures by nondestructive methods. SUBSTANCE: procedure can be employed to establish elasticity and strength characteristics of materials in aircraft, ship building and construction industries and in some branches of mechanical engineering. Radiator emits pulses of ultrasonic oscillations, detector receives pulses passed through structure, velocity of their propagation in plane of structure and of their decay is measured. Direction of predominant orientation of filling agent in polymer composite material is established before measurement of velocity of propagation of pulses of ultrasonic oscillations by time of passage of pulse of ultrasonic oscillations from radiator to detector and velocity of propagation of pulses is measured along this direction. In addition pulse of ultrasonic oscillations is sent in direction of normal to surface of structure in tested zone, after this pulse reflected from opposite surface of structure is received, amplitude of this pulse and time of its passage are measured. Composition and physical and mechanical characteristics of polymer composite material are determined by certain correlation. Velocity of pulses of ultrasonic oscillations along direction of predominant orientation of filling agent is measured in frequency range 0.15-1.25 Mhz and amplitude and time are measured in frequency range 1.25-10.0 Mhz. EFFECT: increased authenticity and precision of determination of physical and mechanical characteristics and composition of polymer composite materials. 1 cl
