Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: transportation of various products and substances through pipes, more specifically, technology of production of insulating tapes designed for protection from soil corrosion of main oil and oil product pipelines, gas pipelines, sewer pipes, etc. SUBSTANCE: plant device for cooling of insulating tape is made in the form of forced-cooled conveyer of belt type in which conveyor belt is metallic. Located under belt upper run, in direction of its motion, are cooling fluid sprayers connected by means of pipelines and shutoff and control valves with system of cooling fluid supply. Pulling roll, drum for application of insulating mastic to insulating tape and cooled drum of insulating mastic application unit and also drive pulley of cooling conveyor are kinematically connected with one another and with drive of device puling insulating tape by chain transmission ensuring linear speed of cooling conveyer belt equalling linear speed of pulling of flexible tape through unit of insulating mastic application. EFFECT: increased efficiency of plant operation due to increased efficiency of operation of insulating tape cooling device, convenience of plant operation and higher operating reliability. 5 dwg
