Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used for external (intranasal) application. Invention relates to intranasal agent that comprises drops containing acutifoliate oxytropis (Oxytropis oxyphylla (Pall. ) DC) dry extract. Hydrophilic-base drops are preferable in acute form of rhinitis and present extract suspension in hydroxymethylcellulose aqueous solution and comprise sorbic acid. Emulsion-base drops are preferable for recovery of mucosa tissue in chronic rhinitis and present emulsion-base suspension comprising peach oil, emulsifier T-2, preparation OS-20, propylene glycol, water and sorbic acid. Drops based on hydrophilic and emulsion bases are recommended in complex therapy route. Invention provides preparing nontoxic preparation without adverse effects.
