The proposed agent presents mixture carbon hydrosulfate obtained by treatment of graphitized thermal black carbon with concentrated sulfuric acid in sinusoidal high-frequency electromagnetic field and mercury nitrate in the quantitative ratio of mercury and carbon = 1:3 in carbon-mercury hydrosulfate complex. Invention proposes also method of treatment of infectious inflammatory sicknesses involving oral administration of carbon-mercury hydrosulfate complex. Invention provides the development of medicinal agent exhibiting the general biological and immunobiological effect on circulatory and lymphatic system cells that can be used as oligodynamic agent for recovery of homeostatic and immunobiological processes.
