Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body composed of two branches with working parts. Working part planes face each other. At least two sharpened plates are set in perpendicular to both planes. One working part plane plates are positioned in front of free space between the plates of the other working part plane. Space between the plates is not less than 1.1 times plate thickness large. Plate height belongs to the interval of 1/3-3/4 times superficial scleral flap thickness. EFFECT: enabled concurrent non-perforating incisions on both sides of superficial scleral flap and additional intraocular fluid discharge ways to be formed. 2 dwg
