Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: fodder production, animal science. SUBSTANCE: method deals with obtaining protein- carbohydrate fodders to fattening both cattle and smalls. The method deals with utilization of lignin-containing wastes (for example, the straw) with the help of active, highly growing lignolytic fungi to obtain protein- carbohydrate fodders on their basis. For this purpose, a solid-phase cultivation of Panus tigrinus fungus VKM F- 3616 D for 4-7 d at 24-26 C. An inoculate of the fungus is obtained at liquid Chapek-Docsa medium with the addition of a corn extract. The method enables to obtain cheaper fodders in animal science and improved possibility for utilization of plant waste products. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 tbl
