Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: composition for sweet liquor "Irkutskaya s brusnikoi" of 20 vol.% strength contains foxberry and bilberry fruit infusions of I and II decantations, aromatic alcohol of juniperberry prepared from 3.6 kg of juniperberry, sugar syrup, citric acid, aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and corrected water at the following ratio of components, l/1000 dal of final product: foxberry fruit infusion of I and II decantations, 2800-3300; bilberry fruit infusion of I and II decantations, 9-100; aromatic alcohol of juniperberry, 18-25; sugar syrup, 1795-1805; citric acid, kg, 14.8-15.2; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Invention allows to provide sweet liquor of synergistic effect which is manifested as a new organoleptical property which includes complex pleasant bitter taste with light astringent action in aftertaste. EFFECT: reduced cost price; increased organoleptical properties and broadened assortment of sweet liquors. |
