Zusammenfassung:FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: urea-formaldehyde concentrate intended as starting material in production of high-quality low-toxic resins used for wood gluing, in production of resin-bonded chipboards and other materials qualified by E-1 formaldehyde emission class, as anti-urea-agglomeration additives, and so on. Specified-composition concentrate production involves chemisorption of formaldehyde-containing gases, obtained from oxidative dehydrogenation of methanol on iron-molybdenum catalyst, by aqueous urea solution in three-section tower to form urea-formaldehyde concentrate, in which contents of uranium and triazine derivatives can be regulated, pH values being maintained at specified level by addition of buffer additive to urea solution. EFFECT: optimized synthesis parameters and achieved complex of properties preventing lowering of pH on storage and during transportation. 1 tbl, 4 ex
