Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: devices for transfer of liquid cargoes. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has at least one swivel platform with cargo-carrying unit, derrick with guy, units for turning swivel platform and derrick, pipe line mounted on cargo-carrying unit and provided with flexible end section for connection with loading unit of tanker. Cargo-carrying unit is provided with goose-neck piece. Gooseneck piece, derrick, guy and swivel platform form rectilinear guide mechanism made in form of two-rocker arm link mechanism. Said flexible section of coupled pipe line is mounted on goose-neck piece for connection with pipe line flushing unit mounted on sea stationary platform. Device ensures enhanced reliability and ecological safety during operation at low ambient temperatures at high maneuverability and sufficient carrying capacity.
