Central aspheric keratoablation is carried out at the first stage with correction scale being equal to 60-70% of initial astigmatism value. Peripheral aspheric keratoablation is carried out at the second stage. The treatment is carried out on peripheral areas paracentrally positioned on the strong meridian by the value left undone after performing the first stage keratoablation. EFFECT: uniform cornea surface; improved adjacency of the coneal flap; wider optical zone; reduced keratoablation depth. 1 dwg
