Thinning composition is used in the form of hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria with nutrient salts in aqueous solution with the following ratio of components, mas.%: hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria, 0.05-0.15; nutrient salts, 0.07-0.3; water, the balance.
