Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: metallurgy; manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: method is performed by multi-stage melting of slags at temperature of 1320 to 1350 C at obtaining two-phase melt - copper-iron alloy and depleted slag. At first stage, carbide-thermal melting of charge is effected; this charge contains the following components: starting slag : reductant (coke) : lime 1 : (0.18 - 0.2) : (0.23 - 0.25). Then, depleted slag is poured out. At the following stages, carburizing melting is performed at introduction of starting slag at the following ratio: starting slag : copper-iron alloy, 3-5: 1. Carburizing melting is repeated for 5 - 6 times till content of copper in melt reaches 15 to 18 %. Depleted slags from all stages of carburizing melting are combined and are subjected to carbide-thermal reduction by obtaining copperless iron and waste slag, thus ensuring waste-free technology. EFFECT: increased content of copper in copper-iron alloy to 15-18%; reduced power requirements; improved parameters of technological process; high content of iron, 30-33% in depleted slags making them suitable for further processing at content of iron of 90-95%; obtaining waste slag at minimum content of valuable components (5-7% of iron and less than 0.1% of copper). 1 tbl, 4 ex |
