SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of paintwork materials for painting various surfaces (wood, concrete, brick, etc. ) to lower level of their microbial infection. Material contains, at specified proportions, binding agent (alkyd, drying oil, and so on), pigment, filler, polyhexamethyleneguanidine phosphate or acetate, organic solvent or water, and preparation of nanostructure silver particles, in which the latter are associated with sodium dioctylsulfosuccinate, quercetin (3,5,7,3', 4'-pentahydroxyflavone), to which water and isooctane are added. EFFECT: improved physicochemical and protective properties and increased degree of inactivation of microorganism of material surface. 3 tbl
