SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of hot isostatic compaction and homogenization of billet; before hot isostatic compaction burdening initial material for making raw billet of alloyed powder mixture; sintering raw billet in temperature range 1600-1750°C for 4-10 h; using raw billet with relation of its height to diameter or to diagonal equal to 0.4-1.0.
