SUBSTANCE: invention proposes novel method of regional chemotherapy by intravascular administration of medicinal agents that involves installing arterio-arterial shunt by long 15-20 cm, not above, and administration of direct anticoagulating agent is excluded from chemotherapy scheme. Method allows to achieve tumor reduction without conventional complications as necrosis of vascular wall, scar complications and shunt thrombosis. The decrease of life quality of patients has not been observed. EFFECT: improved method of chemotherapy. 3 ex
