SUBSTANCE: patient undergoes an ultrasound complex testing of cerebral hemodynamics, linear and volumetric rate values of peripheral resistance indices are detected in extracranial and intracranial arteries. One should detect the degrees of arterial stenosis, the values of reactive brain vessels, endothelium-dependent vasodilation of brachial artery. Then mathematical processing of obtained data is carried out for every patient. P1-index for the probability of efficient treatment of every patient is calculated by using cryoplasmosorption or medicinal therapy according to original mathematical formulas. The choice of therapy is based upon the highest value. The method enables to choose individual approach for therapy. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 ex, 3 tbl
