SUBSTANCE: method proposes to increase accuracy of differentiated function of cryoplasmosorption depending upon the values of endothelium-dependent vasodilation used in treating patients with vascular cerebral diseases. Patients undergo ultrasound testing of cerebral hemodynamics. One should detect endothelium-dependent vasodilation (EDVD) of brachial artery due to reactive hyperemia test. At EDVD value ranged 0.1-5.8% it is recommended to carry out extracorporal cryoplasmosorption. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 tbl
