Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: medicine, nephrology. SUBSTANCE: instrumental study for functional state of cardiovascular system is carried out. The weight of left ventricular myocardium is measured, the time for isovolumetric relaxation of left ventricle is measured, too. The content of alpha-tocopherol in neutrophilic membranes is estimated. The coefficient of chronic renal failure (CCRF) is calculated by the suggested mathematical formula. CRF stages are diagnosed according to CCRF value. The method enables to objectivize the results of clinical estimation of CRF signs in nephrological patients. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 ex, 4 tbl
