FIELD: electrical engineering; electronic relays. SUBSTANCE: relay has series-connected pulse shaper with first, second, and third outputs, pulse generator, pulse frequency divider, and binary counter whose device zero setting input is integrated with reset inputs of divider and generator and is connected to second output of pulse shaper; it also has first, second, and third digital comparators whose inputs are connected to binary counter output and also first, second, and third final elements; first and second inputs of second final element are connected to outputs of first and second digital comparators, respectively; first input of third final element is connected to output of third digital comparator; first output of first final element is connected to first output of pulse shaper and second input is integrated with second input of third final element and with third input of second final element, and is connected to third output of pulse shaper.
