Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:FIELD: nonferrous and ferrous metallurgy, particularly, methods of producing liquid metals in processing of oxidized metal-containing natural raw materials and technogenic materials (zinc-, copper-, nickel-, iron-, and other metal-containing wastes). SUBSTANCE: method includes supply to two-zone furnace oxidizing zone into slag melt of charge consisting of fluxes initial raw materials, liquid or solid processed slag, carbon-containing material and oxygen-containing blast; melting of charge with formation of slag coming to reducing zone to which carbon-containing material, oxygen-containing blast and additional fluxes are supplied; discharge of heat products. In processing of oxidized raw materials supplied to furnace oxidizing zone are carbon-containing material and oxygen in amounts required for complete burning of carbon with maximum liberation of heat and formation of liquid slag, and supplied to reducing zone are carbon-containing material and oxygen in amount required for reduction of oxides of recovered metal and compensation of heat consumption. In this case, ratio of specific consumption of carbon-containing material per ton of recovered metal in oxidizing and reducing zones is maintained within 0.3-2.5, and ratio of specific consumption of oxygen in said zones is within 0.7-3. Besides, ratio of oxygen amounts supplied to melt and to gas phase above melt to reducing zone is maintained within 0.1-0.5. EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel and reducing agent. 2 cl, 3 ex 2 cl, 3 ex
