Additionally vodka includes aqueous-alcoholic infusion of germinated soya seeds of 1st decantation. Used as ethyl rectified alcohol is ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux". Vodka composition has the following ratio of components, l/1000 dal of end product: carbohydrate module "Alkosoft", 7.5-8.5 kg; aqueous-alcoholic infusion of germinated soya seeds of 1-st decantation, 5.2-6; sugar syrup, 8.7-9.7; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable corrected water, the balance. EFFECT: broadened assortment of low-toxic vodkas enriched by a complex of biologically active substances of wide range, and possessing treatment-and-prophylactic properties.
