INK BOX

FIELD: equipment for inking units of rotary printing machine. SUBSTANCE: ink box according to first version has two opposite ink dispensing systems, such as squeegees, disposed on plate cylinder mounted for rotation from operating position to printing ink discharge position. Operating position is within first or second quadrant, in rectangular system of coordinates, with initial point of coordinates being positioned on axis of rotation of plate cylinder. Printing ink discharge position is within first or fourth quadrant or within second and third quadrants, with adjoining of at least one ink dispensing system to plate cylinder being maintained. Ink box according to second version has one working squeegee and one terminating squeegee and may be turned from position, in which transverse axis of ink box is extending in horizontal plane, or plane approximating horizontal plane, or in vertical plane, or in plane approximating vertical plane. In position approximating horizontal or vertical plane, at least one squeegee adjoins to plate cylinder. EFFECT: simplified cleaning of ink box and enhanced reliability in operation. 13 cl, 2 dwg
