Zusammenfassung:FIELD: experimental biology. SUBSTANCE: it is suggested to intraperitoneally inject 0.1 mg 0.25%-droperidole solution per 100 g body weight. Then laboratory animal should be placed into flow-type water bath in its individual cage at water temperature being +43 - +45 C. Rectal temperature should reach +42 - +44 ± 0.5 C during 1.5-2 min. Laboratory animal should be kept at this temperature for 20-25 min till thermal shock. The method enables to heat animal body steadily by not including the mechanisms of thermoregulation.
