SUBMERSIBLE CENTRIFUGAL PUMPING UNIT

FIELD: manufacture of machinery of oil producing industry; applicable in submersible centrifugal pumping units in module modifications for oil pumping from wells. SUBSTANCE: to prevent emergency falls of pumping unit modules into wells, back-up couplings are installed on their flanged joints. Back-up couplings with supporting surfaces consist of two half-couplings hinged to each other and secured to each other by nibbed screw. Distance between supporting surfaces of back-up coupling is made so that in disconnection of modules, shaft coming out of half-coupling is ensured. To provide for nonfalling of screw out of half-coupling in mounting and dismantling, one half-coupling has instead of through hole, thread and hole to depth sufficient for receiving screw with threaded part. Supporting surfaces of half-couplings have recesses for receiving nuts or bolts fastening flanged joints of modules. EFFECT: reduced cost of pumping unit repairs. 4 cl, 3 dwg
