Zusammenfassung:FIELD: systems for working metals and alloys, possibly in different processes of cutting and grinding. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding to cutting zone cutting fluid containing mixture of self-emulsifying oil including mineral oil, triethanolamine and oleic acid with water; accumulating waste cutting fluid and returning it to cutting zone; sustaining concentration of self-emulsifying oil equal to 2-4 mas.%. Self- emulsifying oil contains in addition emultal, ethanolamides, oleox-5, oxifos, bactericide preparation, copper sulfate and water at the following ratio of ingredients mas.%: mineral oil, 30-40; triethanolamine, 9-16; emultal, 5-12; ethanolamides, 5-10; oleox-5, 8-15; oleic acid, 3-10; oxifos, 2-6; bactericide preparation, 3-5; copper sulfate, 0.1-0.2; water, the balance.
