Then skin is punctured at 1 cm against an out-puncture by forming cutaneous part of suture. A needle is withdrawn into a wound through subcutaneous cellular tissue. Suture is continued at subcutaneous cellular tissue of an opposite side. A needle is intradermally withdrawn. One should step-by-step repeat the stage of suture formation till complete wound closing.
