Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, all operations are carried out simultaneously in three different technological zones, namely, charging, pressure testing and discharging ones, formed by spaced parts of common rotor set. Boxless end of tube under testing is sealed and fixed in zone of charging, and its unsealing and unfixing is carried out in zone of discharging by means of one and the same mechanism of movable sealing unit. Invention includes drive shaft resting on post and supports and provided with spaced crosses installed on shaft between post and supports. Mechanisms for gripping and fixing the tubes to prevent their bending in length and axial turning are mounted on ends of crosses. These mechanisms correspond to requirements of technological zones of simultaneous treatment of tubes, their charging, pressure testing and discharging. Carriage is installed on other end of shaft opposite to crosses in each technological zone with sealing unit for threaded ends of tubes and with guides secured between supports on shaft forming common rotor set together with shaft and crosses. Shaft of rotor set is coupled with drive of position fixing tube processing zones. Sealing unit fixed in longitudinal direction is provided with mechanism for fixing box ends of tubes, and receiving and support rollers are coupled with their rotation drives being installed with possibility of getting out of carriage displacement zone. Invention is aimed at increasing capacity at hydraulic testing of tubing and providing conformity of test loads to working loads of tubes under testing.
