SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of isoxazole and crotonic acid amide of the general formula (I) where R1 means residue of the formula (II) or (III) ; R2 means O-(CH2)n-CH=CH2; n means a whole number 1-3, -O-(CH2)m-CH2-halogen; m means a whole number 1-3; halogen means fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine atom, residue of the formula (V) where R3 means halogen or NH2; R4 means hydrogen atom, and/or their physiologically acceptable salts. Invention relates also to derivatives of isoxazole and crotonic acid amide of the formula (IV) where R1 means residue of the formula (II) or (III); L means bridge link of group (a): -O-(CH2)n-CH2- where n means a whole number 1-3; (b): -NH-C(O)-CH(R4)(R3) where R3 means hydrogen atom; X means polymer or solid body. Compound of the formula (IV) can be used for detection of specifically bound proteins from cellular extracts, serum, blood or synovia, for protein purification, for modification of microtiter plates or for preparing chromatography material, especially affinity chromatography material.
