SUBSTANCE: surface anchor vector comprises segments of gene encoding protein that induces formation of ice microcrystals (INP) from Pseudomonas syringe and novel restriction sites for insertion foreign genes by C-end of INP. Gene segments comprise N-terminal secretion signal, C-terminal targeting signal and can involve central repeating domain. Gene encoding carboxymethylcellulase or levansucrase is cloned into vector, vector is transformed into Escherichia coli cells and transformed strain is obtained. Expression of protein on cellular surface is performed by the transformed strain culturing. Invention ensures to obtain foreign proteins on surface of cells.
