Said planetary reduction gear axle is provided with splined connection with washer and threaded joint with hand brake wheel on non-fixed end. Washer provides kinematic engagement of traction drum with said driven axle of reduction gear secured with provision of electric insulation of axle of DC drive motor which is furnished with electromagnetic brake.
