railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstruction of heavy-duty craneway structures and railway tracks. Proposed rail unit consists of three rails, one of which is main one orientated vertically, and others are arranged symmetrically relative to vertical neck of main rail. Main rail is bull-headed one, with main head, vertical neck and lower spare head. Other rails are braking ones, of arc- shape, and are provided with two necks adjoining side head. Each neck is zone of adjoining is arranged horizontally and smoothly diverges upwards and downwards. Necks of arc-shaped rail in upper zone support main head of vertical rail and enclose its neck from two sides being connected with neck by hollow rivets with fitted-in core. Necks of arc-shaped rails in lower zone enclose wall of craneway beam also being connected with wall by hollow rivets with fitted-inc core. Necks of each braking rail form pockets for accommodating upper belt of craneway beam. Three rails form closed tubular contour. EFFECT: improved repairability of rail unit and craneway structure. 2 dwg
