Zusammenfassung:space engineering; temperature control systems of communication satellites. SUBSTANCE: proposed system is made as follows: electric heater is bonded to surface of bottom of volume compensator; pressurized gas chamber of volume compensator is filled with low-boiling fluid satisfying the condition given in the specification ; liquid passage is provided with bypass line including cutoff valve; this line connects liquid passage between inlet hydraulic joint of unit and intermediate heat exchanger mounted before compensating device with liquid passage at filter inlet; inlet and outlet hydraulic joints of unit are respectively communicated with outlet hydraulic joint of liquid cooling passage and inlet hydraulic joint mounted at the beginning of liquid passage running to radiator panel; outlet of cutoff valve of volume compensator is brought into communication with liquid passage before cutoff valve fitted in line with radiator panels and instruments of service systems. In manufacture, cutoff valve of bypass line is closed before drainage of portion of heat-transfer agent and electric pumping unit is placed in operation during drainage procedure; tests under ambient air conditions are conducted both with closed and open valve of bypass line; prior to tests, cutoff valve of bypass line of unit in thermovacuum chamber is opened and second cutoff valve of unit is closed. EFFECT: reduced mass; enhanced reliability of tests temperature control system. 2 cl, 3 dwg
