The processor controls display and user input/output operation. Communication terminal unit receives and transmits email. The software system has telephone application program stored in memory having visit card database with a set of visit cards saved. Each visit card identifies particular card provider features which email is to be sent or received. One or more visit cards launch the corresponding visit cards agent defined by an agent software program supervising email transmission between the user and particular provider.
