SUBSTANCE: the device body is provided with a stop screw with a handle and a thrust journal hinge-joined to the screw. A telescope joint is provided for the lugs and posts. The lugs are provided with components for attachment to the vessel-permanent magnets and elements of their disconnection. The device may be installed on the surfaces of configured vessels, in the area of ribs and if crumpling of the shell of the vessel or its bottom are available. The stop screw presses the sealing gasket to the vessel surface. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of sealing of leakage from the vessel, simplified mounting and dismounting of the device. 6 dwg
